Postgres to Production SQLite with Turso: Any regrets?

I am observing a lot of flaunting about Cloud 3.0 and the attempts to bring the data closer to the edge with SQLite wrappers such as Turso. The latency is zero-latency, and I am concerned that I will lose some of the features of a standard managed Postgres instance that are battle-tested. Has someone within the community techzeel switched the switch to a high-traffic app yet?
