Most people consider ballet a performing art; however, it is also considered a sport since it involves a lot of strength, flexibility, endurance, and discipline. Dancers train on a daily basis just like players. Competitions are also presented, but ballet is more about artistic expression and narration. Due to the combination of athletic skills and creativity, ballet is usually referred to as an art and a physically challenging practice.
