Godrej Parkshire is a new development with 1130 luxurious units. Among them are five well-known high-rise Godrej Towers with two and three bedrooms. The flats vary from 1050 and 1750 square feet in size. The initial cost is 1.17 crore rupees. It is designed to offer a combination of luxury, greenery, and a township-style arrangement with five buildings and 1,130 units distributed across 13.5 acres. The official inauguration of Godrej Parkshire took place on January 15, 2025.
