Looking for guidance while working on research publishing

I’ve been going through the docs here to understand some workflow setups, but I’m also trying to prepare a research paper for publishing. Has anyone here used phd jourmal publication assistance before? I’m mainly looking for help with formatting and meeting journal requirements, not rewriting. If you’ve had any experience with these services, I’d like to know how helpful they actually are.
